For now, this is my dream wedding dress! It's exactly how I envision it to be--ball gown, embroidered top, with sleeves, medyo off-shoulders (which is Hero's request), chapel to cathedral train. Ito yung wedding dress na isang tingin ko palang, bride na bride ang dating and feeling. I can imagine myself walking down the aise na ganyan ang suot :)

BUT. REALITY CHECK. Hindi ko ka-body shape ang mga mowdels na yan HAHAHAHA so malamang, baka gandang-ganda ako sa dress pero in actual sobrang hindi sya bagay sakin. Kelangan ko muna maka-try ng ganyang style to see and feel if it's the gown for me! Lels

Nino Angeles

From their FB and IG pages, ang pinaka-naimpress and nagandahan talaga ako is kay Nino Angeles. Unfortunately, sya yung nagi-isang nag-seenzone sa inquiry ko.

Well, one thing's for sure. I certainly DO NOT WANT to spend much on a dress that I will wear once. Yes, once, and I know well na once in a lifetime lang din ako magsusuot ng wedding dress, but still, I believe I can get a decent gown ng hindi gumagastos ng malaki. 

Bridesdream has the cheapest quote (and ito lang din ang nagiisang hindi WaW-find but was recommended by my officemate). Very limited ang review in WaW and in GT, but I think it's still worth checking. 

If Divi...

Worth it ba ang pagod and effort ng pagpabalik-balik in Divi?
Hindi ba ako magsisisi with the quality? What if nag-down na ko then pagdating ng first or second fitting ang pangit ng gawa?
If they can't execute it beautifully, can I afford to LET GO? And then opt for another designer or choose a RTW as my last option? Hindi ba lalo akong mapapamahal?

Pros--mura and sobrang makakatipid. Cons--hassle and effort puntahan, walang peace of mind. Unless siguro we get those in Divi na trusted and proven na ng ibang WaWies like Mark Brides and Melanie's Bridal--na halos kasing presyo na din nung mga mid-range designers.

Anyway, ill still go to Divi para mag-fit ng mag-fit ng gown buong araw! Haha! Hoping na makakita ako ng peg ko para moment of truth na and malaman ko if bagay sakin ang ganyang style or not. Hihi.

SHORTLIST: Wedding Shoes

EDIT: I already have the Keds x Kate Spade 'Champion Daisy' in Ivory! Bought it online from Keds.com in the US and had it brought here by a friend. YAYYYY!!!

Because I'm slightly taller than my H2B Hero, I will wear flats on our wedding day! :)

Hindi naman sa dahil wala akong choice, he told me naman na he's okay with me wearing heels, pero personal choice ko lang din na mag-flats. Ayoko din kaseng maging hindi kumportable. Yung mag-bridesmaid nga lang na naka-4-inch heels, super haggardo and stressed na ko ng bongga, on my wedding pa kaya na mabigat and effort na din ang gown ko? Hehe. Besides, sobrang bihirang bihira lang talaga ako mag-heels so madali sumakit ang paa ko so heels is a no-no for me!

PEGS: Wedding Cake

My Peg for our wedding cake: NAKED CAKE!

It's perfect for our Rustic Shabby Chic theme!

However, our package with the caterer already includes a 3-tier wedding cake with an edible bottom layer. I forgot the name of their cake supplier but the designs are also good (though just standard cake designs). We're not so willing to spend extra for a cake if we can get it for free but we'll check if they can do this. Sana kaya naman nila or perhaps we can upgrade for a minimal fee :) 

This one's not naked but rustic! And shabby chic-y and perfect! :D
